This policy explains how VYVD Studio handles information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

When you submit a commercial project inquiry or request a project review, we may collect your name, email, phone, location, organization, project notes, design selections, and requested next step. When you use VYVD Preview, your project photo is sent securely to our image-processing provider so it can identify likely transformable fixed surfaces and create up to three illustrative visual concepts. You confirm which surfaces you actually want transformed.

Project photos and generated previews

VYVD validates and optimizes the project photo, removes embedded metadata, and sends it to our image-processing provider for the requested preview. Generated previews are marked to expire after 24 hours and removed from private, access-controlled storage during the next scheduled cleanup. Unless you separately consent to project-review media retention, VYVD does not add your project photo to project storage. Our image-processing provider may process data according to its API terms and retention controls. Do not upload people, personal documents, access credentials, or other sensitive information.

Project-review media consent

If you explicitly choose media retention when requesting a project review, VYVD may privately retain an optimized copy of your project photo and selected concept to evaluate the request and prepare for project follow-up. This project media is marked to expire at 30 days and removed during the next scheduled cleanup.

Contact consent is separate

Permission to retain project media is separate from permission to contact you. VYVD will contact you about your project request only when you separately choose contact consent. Neither choice enrolls you in general marketing, and optional analytics and advertising measurement remains a separate choice.

How we use information

We use project information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project requests, coordinate the requested next step, arrange samples or project verification where appropriate, improve the service, and measure campaign performance where you consent to optional measurement.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and performance measurement loads only after you choose “Allow measurement.” You can clear this site’s local storage to reset that preference. Campaign parameters may be retained for the current browser session to attribute your inquiry.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, image processing, analytics, and communications. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and security

Contact details and other project-inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for sales, service, legal, and operational purposes. The specific media-retention limits above still apply. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate or support the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your project inquiry by emailing hello@vyvd.studio. Rights vary by jurisdiction.
